Garena’s First Game Creation Sandbox, Garena Blockman GO, Launches July 12
Garena has announced that its first game creation sandbox, entitled Garena Blockman GO, is launching on July 12 in several global markets including Southeast Asia, Latin America, and Middle East, among others.
This free-to-play game will allow players to discover their own fun through the discovery of minigames and explore their creative side by offering accessible high quality content localized for communities across the world. A free-to-use game editor platform called Garena Blockman Editor has also been launched to support and grow the Garena Blockman GO creator ecosystem.
Players can look forward to a refresh of popular high quality minigames, as well as the launch of a brand new minigame – Party Street – which will offer an immersive world for players to experience hip hop culture through skateboarding stunts and even street graffiti. There will also be 15 intriguing levels for players to test their skills across various survival, racing and cooperative modes to emerge as the ultimate winner.
The First Blockman Creator Contest begins on 12 July with prizes including cash rewards and the opportunity to become official Garena-partnered developers, gaining added exposure and exclusive support.
Additionally, players in Singapore, Malaysia and the Philippines, can also experience BMG Music Fest, an exclusive in-game event that will award newly-released in-game costumes just by participating.
Garena Blockman GO is now available for iOS and Google Play while the Garena Blockman Editor will be accessible via the official website.
