Baldur’s Gate 3 is the sequel to the hugely popular CRPG franchise that has been 20 years in the making. Developed by Larian Studios and set in the Dungeons and Dragons world of Forgotten Realms, the wait is nearly over for those that have been looking forward to it.
The game is tailored for everybody, whether you’re a newcomer or a veteran. Create an original character or choose from a template created for you to take on a cinematic epic, either played solo or in co-op, whether split screen with another player, or online with up to four players.
In the trailer, we’re introduced to one of the main antagonists, General Thorm, who is voiced by J.K. Simmons (Spider-Man). Other antagonists will be introduced over the coming months all the way to its release date, with early access available on August 28th to players who have purchased the Collector’s Edition or the Deluxe Edition.
