Blizzard Entertainment has announced that Diablo Immortal’s latest major update, Splintered Souls, is now available for all players.

In the update, players will be able to explore the brand-new Southern Dreadlands zone, where the horrifying Shardborne stalk the land, and begin a new quest called Lost Justice. 

The update will also allow players to team up with new creatures called Familiars who can fight alongside them, provide benefits in battle, and be upgraded to pack more of a punch.

These Familiars can be obtained through many means, including a Summoning Contract (available as drops and rewards), purchasing at the Familiars Shop, Shop Bundles, Event rewards, the Marketplace, and the Boon of Plenty.

Additionally, five new Helliquary bosses will be available for players to take on, along with new events, new Legendary Gems, the Rite of Cleansing daily activity, and more.
