Dragon’s Dogma 2 Will Feature Alodia as an Official ‘Pawn’ in the Game
On Day 1 of the Capcom Highlights stream, it was revealed that Alodia, the world-renowned cosplayer from the Philippines, will get her official “Pawn” in Dragon’s Dogma 2.
As part of this special feature from Capcom, Alodia and other guests will create their own Pawns that players can use and recruit in the game. Up to two of these Pawns can be hired to aid players in their journey.
Alodia has shared that her Pawn will be a Sorcerer in the game.
These official Pawns will have certain special properties:
- Their name is displayed in a different colour.
- There is no Rift Crystal cost when hiring Official Pawns up to level 10.
- Once hired, their equipment cannot be changed.
- They do not appear in certain features such as daily and overall rankings.
- Some may have a limited availability period.
Other special Pawns in the game will come from well-known streamers and celebrities like Maximillian Dood, MissMikkaa, FightinCowboy, Krysta, and many more. Additional details on who their pawns are will be revealed in the future.
Additionally, it was revealed during the stream that a Dragon’s Dogma 2 character creator will be available today. Players can create their protagonist and main Pawn, and transfer the character data to the full version of the game when it comes out on March 22 for the PS5, Xbox Series, and PC.
