New Nintendo Switch 2 Leaks Reveal New Features and Possible Release Date
New leaks have shed light on the upcoming Nintendo Switch 2, revealing some features that Switch owners might get excited about.
According to the Spanish website Vandal, which has previously reported on the new Switch model by stating that it will allegedly have a new stand, the Switch 2 will now have Joy-Cons that attach to the screen via magnetic strips.
This innovation means that compatibility with the current Joy-Cons won’t be possible. Instead, players can look forward to using the same Pro controllers, which are said to be forward-compatible with the new system.
The leak originates from manufacturers who have had hands-on experience with the new Nintendo console. Vandal reports that these manufacturers have been “able to touch the new Nintendo console”.
Additionally, the report says that the Nintendo Switch 2 is slated for release in Spring 2025, which is a date that has been heavily rumored before.
