HoYoverse has announced that Genshin Impact Version 5.2, entitled “Tapestry of Spirit and Flame,” is launching on November 20.
The update will introduce two new tribes from Natlan: the Flower-Feather Clan and the Masters of the Night-Wind, along with their elite warriors and new Saurian companions.
Genshin Impact Version 5.2 New Characters
As the renowned Peacemaker of the Flower-Feather Clan, Chasca will soon be available as a five-star Anemo bow wielder. Equipped with her unique weapon, the “Soulsniper,” Chasca can float and attack mid-air, maximizing her aerial positioning during both exploration and combat.
Her special weapon fires multi-elemental bullets that, when combined with Pyro, Hydro, Cryo, or Electro characters, transform into corresponding elemental types, making Chasca a master of Swirling elements in battle. Additionally, defeating enemies while teamed with Chasca helps restore Phlogiston, making her an invaluable asset for prolonged combat.
Ororon, a member of the Masters of the Night-Wind, joins the fray as a four-star Electro bow wielder and versatile support character, particularly effective with Electro and Hydro teammates. Ororon accumulates Nightsoul Points when his teammates trigger Nightsoul Burst or when Electro or Hydro damage is dealt after using his Elemental Skill. When Electro-charged reactions or Nightsoul-aligned attacks hit enemies, Ororon enters Nightsoul’s Blessing, dealing Electro DMG both on and off the field. He can also summon the Supersonic Oculus, which taunts nearby enemies.
Beyond combat, Ororon has a keen sense for extracting power from graffiti and runes by charging Aimed Shots, entering the mysterious Spiritspeaker state. Additionally, he boosts the team’s gliding speed, making him a valuable asset both in and out of battle.
Chasca and Ororon will debut in the first half of Version 5.2’s event wishes alongside Lyney’s rerun, while the second half will feature reruns of Zhongli and Neuvillette.
