It’s been a hot minute since we’ve had a standalone Borderlands game, with the recent offerings from Gearbox being Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands and the Borderlands movie released this year. Well, never fear Borderlands fans, as Borderlands 4 is launching in 2025!
2K Games and Gearbox announces a new trailer in The Game Awards 2024 introducing The Timekeeper, a ruthless dictator dominating the masses of the most dangerous planet in the Borderlands Universe, Kairos. The title evolves its gameplay and storytelling, making Borderlands 4 the most ambitious Borderlands game to date.
Borderlands 4 Features
New features include:
- Intense action, badass Vault Hunters, and billions of wild and deadly weapons on an all-new planet ruled by a ruthless tyrant.
- The deepest and most diverse Vault Hunter skill trees of any Borderlands title yet, giving players an unprecedented level of expression through their builds.
