SEGA has announced that Sonic Rumble is hosting the SEGA Stars crossover event until May 7, 2025, allowing players to unlock new Skins from the SEGA classics Super Monkey Ball, Altered Beast, and Fantasy Zone.

Sonic Rumble SEGA Stars Crossover Event Details

Popular characters from the legendary SEGA titles Super Monkey Ball, Altered Beast, and Fantasy Zone join the playable roster of Sonic Rumble, accompanied by a ton of additional content.

The SEGA Stars Event Pass makes it possible to unlock Werewolf, a Skin based on the protagonist’s powered-up form from the SEGA Genesis hit title Altered Beast. Players who pick up the Premium Event Pass will also receive Weredragon from Altered Beast and Opa-Opa from Fantasy Zone.

The game also offers a wide assortment of exciting items, such as Upa-Upa and Werebear, even AiAi and MeeMee from the Super Monkey Ball series in the Red Star Ring Shop. Any characters acquired during the SEGA Stars crossover will be available to use even after the event ends.

Sonic Rumble will officially launch on May 8, 2025, for iOS and Android Devices, Google Play Games, and PC via Steam.
