Tencent Games made a big splash at Gamescom 2025, showcasing a lineup of world premieres, iconic franchises, and new IPs, totaling over a dozen titles.

During Geoff Keighley’s Opening Night Live, Tencent Games unveiled a trio of high-profile titles:

• Delta Force (Team Jade): The console launch trailer dropped for this free-to-play, team-based FPS, now live on PS5 and Xbox Series X|S. Cross-platform progression and a free Black Hawk Down DLC are also available.
• Fate Trigger (Saroasis Studios): Blending anime aesthetics with tactical shooter mechanics, Fate Trigger showed off a new trailer, cosplay battles, and streamer showdowns, with early access slated for Q1 2026.
• Honor of Kings: World (TiMi Studio Group): A new trailer teased the mythic landscapes of Primaera, with hands-on demos at the show floor.
• Project Spectrum (Team Jade): Making its global debut, this Unreal Engine 5-powered tactical FPS delivered a gripping trailer set in a post-mission interrogation. The PC release date remains under wraps.

Tencent Games’ booths were also filled with playable demos and installations:

• Interstellar Utopia (Pixel Software): A sandbox sci-fi adventure where players explore galaxies as Cyborgs.
• PUBG MOBILE: The battle royale titan introduced ghost-themed gameplay and the new PvP mode “UNFAIL.” Attendees previewed version 4.0’s Spooky Soiree and joined creator-led activities in the World of Wonder.
• Rust Mobile: The beloved survival game made its mobile debut with global hands-on demos.
• Terminull Brigade (PewPew Games): Now globally launched and free on Steam and Epic, this co-op rogue-like shooter throws players into the collapsing Nullverse.

Beyond the games, Tencent Games also showcased its commitment to sustainability and developer empowerment.

• At the gamescom congress, PUBG MOBILE producer Rick Li joined the “Playing for the Planet” panel, advocating for climate-conscious game development and spotlighting the “Play For Green” campaign.
• At devcom, Tencent debuted VISVISE, an AI-powered game creation suite featuring tools like GoSkinning and MotionBlink. Principal AI researcher Zijiao Zeng demonstrated how it streamlines 3D animation pipelines.
• Sessions also tackled anti-cheat strategies and immersive sound design, with insights from Delta Force’s audio team on crafting battlefield intensity.
