Marvel Tokon: Fighting Souls Lifts Restrictions in 15 Countries, Includes Philippines
In a nutshell
- 15 countries lifted from Marvel Tokon: Fighting Souls’ PSN restriction list.
- Fans in regions like the Philippines and the Dominican Republic can now purchase the game.
- While over 100 countries remain blocked, this marks a positive step forward.
Following backlash over PlayStation’s mandatory PSN account requirement, Marvel Tokon: Fighting Souls was initially blocked in over 100 countries.
As of today’s SteamDB update, 15 countries have been removed from the restricted list, allowing players in these regions to legally purchase and play the game.

Marvel Tokon Unblocked in 15 Countries
As of writing, regions such as the Philippines, Dominican Republic, and Lithuania are among those lifted from the restriction list. Specifically, 15 countries have been unblocked from their purchase restriction status on Steam, including:
- Armenia
- Azerbaijan
- Dominican Republic
- Estonia
- Egypt
- Georgia
- Kyrgyzstan
- Kazakhstan
- Lithuania
- Latvia
- Moldova
- Philippines
- Pakistan
- Serbia
- Uzbekistan
Because of this, the price of the PC/Steam version of Marvel Tokon: Fighting Souls has also been revealed:
- PHP2,990 for the Base Game
- PHP4,240 for the Digital Deluxe Edition
- PHP 4,990 for the Ultimate Edition
This is obviously a significant win for fans who were previously locked out of the anticipated fighting game. That said, there are still 117 countries (previously 132) that are unable to access the game, and we hope this will change as we approach launch.
