Animal Crossing is a hit, there’s no question about it. It’s sold almost 12 million units globally and is the absolute perfect game during this time. Someone out there has recreated the Deal or No Deal show with full production value and even Elijah Wood is visiting some islands for them turnips.

Gary Whitta, screenwriter for The Book of Eli and co-developed the story for Rogue One, is taking it further, hosting a late night show with special guests like T-Pain, Elijah Wood, and even Danny Trejo.

The show has a number of episodes already, even one with Felicia Day on it, but his most recent episodes are taking it up a notch higher.

One episode features T-Pain, the legendary rapper and songwriter, who even performed the opening act for the show, just like how late night talk shows do it. You can view the whole episode HERE.

His most recent episode features Jessica and the unlikely story of how a player posting her dodo code on Twitter got Elijah Wood to visit her island. Greg Grunberg, Elijah Wood himself and even Danny Trejo are a part of it and you can watch the whole episode HERE.

It’s a great format for a show and what’s even more mind blowing about it is that it all happens within Animal Crossing. It’s great for the game and the community, and you can really expect a lot more as people start to get more creative.
