Call of Duty: Vanguard editions detailed, pre-orders now available
Call of Duty: Vanguard is now officially official, and with the announcement now comes the usual pre-order details that we’ve come to expect.
Outlined in a blog post on the official website, there are quite a number of editions that players will be able to pre-order with varying bonuses.
Call of Duty: Vanguard Editions
Pre-ordering any digital edition will include:
- Early access to the Call of Duty: Vanguard Open Beta.
- Night Raid Mastercraft Weapon Blueprint (for immediate use in Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War and Warzone.)
- Frontline Weapon Pack (“Shredder” Submachine Gun and “Wildwood” Submachine Gun for immediate use in Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War and Warzone.)
- Operator Arthur Kingsley (to be received later for use in Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War and Warzone)
- Pre-load the game before launches.
Standard Edition ($59.99 for last-gen and PC, $69.99 for current-gen)
The standard edition will contain the base game along with the pre-order bonuses outlined above. The console standard edition will run on the newest consoles via backwards compatibility and will not enjoy the hardware upgrades.
A cross-gen upgrade bundle will be released at a later date.
Cross-gen Edition ($69.99)
The cross-gen edition for consoles will allow players access to both versions of the game on the same console family (PS4 / PS5 and Xbox One / Xbox Series). The bundle will also include five hours of Double Weapons Experience Points (2x WXP) for Call of Duty: Vanguard and Warzone on top of the aforementioned items above.
Ultimate Edition ($99.99)
On top of everything, the Ultimate edition will also include the Task Force One Pack, which contains:
- The “Shepherd” skin for Second Lieutenant Lucas Riggs of the 20th Battalion, Australian Military Forces.
- The “Arctic Shadow” skin for Lieutenant Polina Petrova of the 138th Rifle Division, Red Army.
- The “Bomber” skin for Captain Wade Jackson of Scouting Squadron Six, United States Navy.
- “Breacher” Assault Rifle weapon blueprint
- “Snowstorm” Rifle weapon blueprint
- “Thunderhead” Submachine Gun weapon blueprint
This edition also contains a Battle Pass bundle along with five hours of Double XP and five hours of Double Weapons XP (2x WXP) for Call of Duty: Vanguard and Warzone.
Call of Duty: Vanguard will release on November 5 for the PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series, and PC.
