Cyberpunk 2077 will take up 102 GB on the PlayStation

Retail copies that have been sent to users early have verified that Cyberpunk 2077 needed at least 70GB of space from your system. As the official launch date approaches, preloads have already started in various parts of the world and it turns out that Cyberpunk 2077 will take more than 100GB of space on your PlayStation 4 or 5.

According to a post by u/TupperwareNinja on Reddit, he has been able to preload the game already since he is located in New Zealand and the whole download wrapped up at 102.9GB at version 1.01, which includes various fixes and improvements.

Storage won’t be a problem for most people rocking their old PS4’s, which more often than not comes with 1TB of space, but for PlayStation 5 owners, 100GB is already 1/6th of your total space, possibly requiring owners to delete some games to play this upcoming masterpiece from CD Projekt Red.

Clean up your hard drives, Samurai, it’s about to go down in a couple of days as Cyberpunk 2077 is scheduled to release on December 10.
