The first PS Plus Essential game for September 2023 seems to have been leaked early, and coming from some good releases in the previous months, it remains to be seen how September will fare.

The leak comes from the usual suspect, billbil-kun, who is known to have an almost flawless record with these types of things.

For September 2023, one of the rumored PlayStation Plus Essentials games will be Saints Row, which will be available from September 5 to October 3. billbil-kun also says that the announcement of the full lineup will take place on August 30, which is par the course for usual PS Plus announcements.

Despite the bad reviews, Saints Row was a pretty “mindless” game that provided a bit of fun, although it didn’t quite have the same humor and appeal that its previous titles were known for.

Of course, this is not something that we should take as official since Sony has not announced the lineup yet, so take it with a grain of salt. However, these leaks are usually accurate, especially coming from billbil-kun, and if the past months are any indication, then we could be seeing the actual list already.
