Blizzard Entertainment is planning for a big mobile push in 2022 and to further augment those plans, they have expressed intent to bring Warcraft to mobile devices later this year.

This is according to the latest quarterly earnings report, which states that Blizzard is planning to bring an “all-new mobile Warcraft content into players’ hands for the first time.” At the same time, Blizzard is also planning for substantial new content for the franchise, which would be exciting to see.

Right now, the only thing closely related to this is Hearthstone, so it’ll be interesting to see if Blizzard sticks to the tried and tested card game route or will they try something new.

Blizzard is also gearing up for Diablo Immortal, which is a mobile Diablo game that has received a very positive response from its previous beta tests.
