Mass Effect Legendary Edition gets rated in Korea
So is it a thing or isn’t it? Based on this latest development, the often reported on Mass Effect Trilogy Remaster, now known as Mass Effect Legendary Edition, is definitely a thing, if at all unofficial.
As spotted by Gematsu, the game seems to have been rated by the Game Rating and Administration Committee of Korea, which may give a hint that the collection is real. EA has not given an announcement yet, but given that N7 day is fast approaching, the announcement could be made next month.
The latest report about this release was that it was delayed to early 2021, with the main culprit being the original Mass Effect game, as it “currently does not live up to the quality of the rest of the package.“
While nothing is set in stone yet, we’ll assume for now that this release will be compatible with the next-gen consoles when they release, with a Switch version soon to follow.
