With The Medium coming out at the end of the month and Halo Infinite still due for Fall 2021, exclusives are looking mighty barren in the Xbox front. Any new news is definitely good news for the series X and with the new in-game engine teaser that dropped at the new year, S.T.A.L.K.E.R 2 teases us this ominous first-person open world.

The only other trailer we’ve received for this game was from the Xbox Showcase last year and from what we can see from the trailer, it builds quite an atmospheric horror feel. With Resident Evil VII the last great AAA survival horror title that’s been out recently, S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2 will be something Xbox Series X|S users will add to their collection alongside The Medium as a horror title to look forward to.

S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2 will launch later in 2021 exclusively for the Xbox Series X|S and the PC.
