ASUS ROG has announced that the highly anticipated follow-up to their highly reviewed ROG Phone 5, the 5s series, will be coming to the Philippines on December 8.

The ROG Phone 5s series will be powered by the integrated Snapdragon 888+ Mobile Platform, up to 18 GB RAM, AirTrigger and Motion Controls, 6000mah battery, 144hz AMOLED Display, and the iconic GameFX audio system.

To celebrate the occasion, ROG will also be having a series of PUBG: New State showmatches with a combined prize pool of gaming gear worth over $50,000, including a full gaming hardware upgrade for the champion that will consist of an ROG Strix SCAR 17 and an ROG Phone 5s Pro with AeroCooler.

The campaign will feature a series of 100-player online tournaments across the EMEA and APAC regions, with the participation of influencers that will be streaming the battles on their channels. DoNnn and Tricia Potato will be representing the Philippines and will be using the ROG Phone 5s for superior gaming performance.

The ROG Phone 5s will be available on December 8 in the Philippines.
