Elgato has announced Facecam 4K, the latest addition to its webcam lineup that features a robust sensor and advanced image processor, capturing Ultra HD video at 60 frames per second, and is also the first webcam to support lens filters.

It includes the Camera Hub software, providing creators with DSLR-style control and a suite of cinematic effects, such as LUTs.

Elgato Facecam 4k Features

Elgato’s Facecam 4K sets a new standard for webcam quality, channeling light through a precision-engineered system that includes a wide-angle Prime Lens and a 1/1.8″ SONY STARVIS 2 sensor, processed by a powerful image engine for uncompressed, low-latency 4K output when connected via USB 3.0.

Paired with the Camera Hub app, creators gain DSLR-like control over exposure, pan, tilt, zoom, and color grading, along with support for background blur and HDR.

It also supports 49-mm lens filters, allowing users to apply cinematic effects like diffusion, starburst, or CPL reflections, delivering professional-level visuals at a fraction of the cost.

Elgato Facecam 4K is now available for order on the Elgato Official Website and authorized retailers.
