SEGA has announced Malaysia’s very first official community event for the Like a Dragon series — the Yakuza Kiwami 3 & Dark Ties Launch Event in Kuala Lumpur, happening on February 12, 2026. The event coincides with the global release of the franchise’s highly anticipated new installment.
Fans can expect a packed program of activities designed to celebrate the adventures of Kiryu and Mine, including live stage demos, trivia contests, mini-games, and more.

The event will feature a special appearance by Ryosuke Horii, Producer and Director of Yakuza Kiwami 3 & Dark Ties. Horii will share exclusive behind-the-scenes stories from the game’s development and meet fans during an autograph session scheduled after the main program.
