Bandai Namco announces Ace Angler for the Nintendo Switch
Starting July 21, you’ll be able to enjoy the thrill of the catch right in the comfort of your own home as the popular arcade game Ace Angler makes its way to the Nintendo Switch.
You can check out the announcement trailer from Bandai Namco below:
Featuring HD rumble and the use of your Joy-Cons as a make shift fishing rod, enjoy modes such as Medal Mode similar to the arcade game, an Adventure mode featuring the Kappa Brothers, and a Competition mode only for the most serious of anglers featuring over 220 different fish to be caught!
Hori have also unveiled their Ace Angler attachment that will retail for 2,480 Yen or about PHP1,200, which releases at the same time as the game in Japan. As for a local release, we’ll have to see, but there’s a big chance that PH retailers will get these too.
Ace Angler will be available on July 21 for the Nintendo Switch and English subtitles along with Japanese voice-overs will be available in Southeast Asia.
