Square Enix has announced that a special Final Fantasy VII 25th Anniversary Celebration broadcast is scheduled for June 16 at 3 PM PST (7 AM JST / 6 AM SGT).

The upcoming broadcast is slated to run for around 10 minutes and Tetsuya Nomura himself has shared a short statement, saying that while the broadcast is short and sweet, it will be packed with lots of information, and hopes that players can look forward to it.

On Nomura’s message, the hashtag for Final Fantasy VII Remake was used, quite possibly indicating that we will be getting news about the game. Could it be Part II? Or maybe even an Xbox release?
