Persona 5 Scramble: The Phantom Strikers planned for a western release
After a Japanese release early this year, it seems that Persona 5 Scramble: The Phantom Strikers will be making its Western debut soon.
While no specific date was listed, a Koei Tecmo financial statement (seen below) that covers the fiscal year duration until March 2021 showed titles slated for a future release. The listing is in Japanese, but the second entry here refers to the Persona 5 title in question, which will be receiving a release on both the PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch in the west, specifically North America and Europe, according to the statement.
As per Persona Central, Sega filed a trademark in December 2019 for the name Persona 5 Strikers including a logo, which could imply that this could be the title for the upcoming game when it releases in the West.
While we wait for an official announcement from Sega or Atlus, it would be safe to say that a Western release would be very logical, considering how well Persona 5 was received by the fans.
