Far Cry 6 reportedly set to be unveiled during Ubisoft Forward next month
German website Game Reactor (as translated by Tweak Town) claims that Far Cry 6 will be scheduled for release before April 2021 and will be set in an ‘Exotic location’, saying that “those of you who didn’t like Far Cry 5’s North American setting are likely to find this game more interesting”.
Game Reactor also says that the next game in the long running series will be unveiled at Ubisoft Forward, which is scheduled for July 12.
While there isn’t much to go by, it’s been reported before that Ubisoft has 5 triple A titles lined up and according to a previous tweet by Jason Schreier, the next Far Cry will be the next reveal.
Ubisoft Forward will be “a fully digital showcase with exclusive game news, reveals and more”.
It won’t be too long until this report is confirmed since the event will be happening next month, and we can expect to see some sweet Valhalla gameplay to go along with a host of announcements like Watch Dogs Legion among others.
