Xbox Cloud Gaming is now available on iOS Devices

Microsoft is now taking the next step into its Xbox cloud gaming dream, announcing that they are opening up the service to all Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscribers on Windows 10 PC’s and more importantly, iOS devices like iPhones and iPads (via browser).

The service will be open to 22 countries, mostly in the US and Europe for now, and will provide a next-gen gaming experience since Microsoft has already upgraded its servers to Series X technology.

The process is quite easy, and you’ll only need to go to xbox.com/play on a supported browser (Edge, Chrome, Safari), sign in, and get started. You’ll gain access to over 100 games like Outriders and Doom, and the list will just keep growing as Microsoft pushes its efforts into its absurdly valuable Game Pass subscription service to make gaming the most accessible its ever been.

Of course, as this is cloud gaming, the quality of the experience is highly dependent on your internet connection. Microsoft recommends at least a 10Mbps connection over a 5Ghz connection.
