Comprising of Ryan Padailap (Chuks! – Carry), Anthony Borro (Flare – Offlane), Andlyn Cielo (Cherubim – Support/Mage), Anthony Losegro (Ynothna – Tank), Michael Santos (Jmichael – Support/Offlane), and Adrian Esguerra (Tyro – Tank/Offlane), Team One Cherry won the recently held Mineski Lockdown Games by sweeping the competition, taking the cup but also raising money for a good cause.

Team One Cherry managed to finish the tournament with an impressive 11-0 standing, claiming the championship last April 23. Even more impressive is that fact the the team consists of members from different Cherry Mobile departments like PDD, Quality Control and Warehouse, all using the Cherry Mobile Flare S8 Series.

Using the Cherry Mobile Flare S8 Max, Team Captain Chuks and their Tank Ynohtna managed to easily control the game because of its big 7″ FHD+ Trueview Teardrop Display. The rest of the team using the Flare S8 Pro was the perfect supporting cast as they effectively controlled the map seamlessly and smoothly with the phones’ Mediatek P22 Octa-core Processor and 4GB RAM.

The Mineski Lockdown Games is a series of online tournaments with different games like Mobile Legends, Dota, and COD with the aim of raising a massive PHP1M donation to fund the PGH Medical Foundation. Through the event, Mineski aims to unite all Filipino gamers to contribute to the cause by doing the thing they love the most – Gaming.

One leg of the Mineski Lockdown games is an ML Corporate Charity Cup where different companies like Cherry Mobile, Cellboy X Oppo, 31 Digital, CoinsPH and BrenPro Inc. joined in on the fun. The event does not only give opportunity for the brands to help but also to engage their employees in a fun and competitive game for a good cause.
